offers a complete range of bar anchor castings for unbonded post-tensioning applications. Bare anchor castings are available for 0.5" and 0.6" strand. Special order anchor castings can be manufactured to your specifications.The Anchor Head are Ductile Iron,QT500. PN16.
The anchor wedges are uniformly engaged the strand with less relaxation at low loads. They are manufactured from quality steels and are case hardened for durability. The Wedge are 2PC and 3PC. The material is steel.

As for the Testing Equipment, we have Germany spectrometer 1 set, CMM 1 set, digital metallographic microscope, sand analysis detection system, universal tensile testing machine, and silicon carbon furnace front analyzer.
Application
Mostly galvanized steel pipes (protecting cover) in the predetermined amounts and sizes are placed in the reinforcement that is prepared in conformity with the project. Afterwards, concrete is poured and prestressed concrete beams (steel strands) are spread on these corrugated ducts. Post-Tensioning may be used in large areas such as Bridges, High-Rise Buildings, Hotels, Silo, Industrial Store Houses and Working Areas, Pools, Water Tanks, and Chemical Storage Tanks, and in all structures where impermeability is important.
